막걸리 (Makegeolli) is a traditional Korean rice wine, which is commonly served in a bowl. This installation allows for the audience to take makgeolli served in a martini and champagne glass. In the background, the two speakers are installed apart on the edges of the wall, playing different genre of latest Korean music, also known as K-pop. As a result of Western influence, Korean music has been developed with combination of Korean and English lyrics. The music is dissected into two audio input, having the left audio speaker consists of English lyrics and the other right audio with Korean. The sound transfers one to another speaker as it plays the same music.
